HCA Healthcare is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated RN Stepdown ICU to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to patients in a stepdown unit from ICU, managing complex health issues in a high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of advanced patient care techniques and the ability to function at a high level in a fast-paced setting. Monitor and ensure the stability of patients stepping down from ICU. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses. Adjust treatment plans as necessary in a timely manner. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care. Educate patients and families on post-ICU recovery processes. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients' status. Comply with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Proficient in clinical skills with an ability to handle high-stress situations Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
