As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will work alongside leading pediatric specialists in a supportive and dynamic team environment, with access to the latest in medical technologies and continuous professional development opportunities. Provide direct and specialized care for newborns in the NICU Monitor critical vital signs and medical conditions Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate patient care plans Educate and support families during their neonatal intensive care experience Implement and evaluate advanced neonatal nursing practices based on latest evidence Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications in accordance with physician’s orders Expert knowledge of neonatal care standards and procedures Ability to perform critical patient assessments Highly skilled in the use of NICU medical equipments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) preferred
