Job Description:
Swedish Medical Center, a distinguished part of HealthONE, is
actively seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical Acute
Care Unit. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality,

nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures,
and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor patient
health and record signs. Administer medicines and treatments.
Communicate with physicians, multidisciplinary team members,
patients, and families to ensure patient care is effectively and
efficiently executed. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient
care plans in coordination with the healthcare team. Maintain a
safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety and
procedural regulations. Participate in patient and family education
with a focus on achieving optimal health outcomes. Strong clinical
skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to respond quickly and effectively to
emergent situations Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment Basic
Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
