environment. As part of our OR team, you will work alongside top
healthcare professionals in state-of-the-art facilities, utilizing
cutting-edge medical technologies. Our OR nurses are crucial to the
success of surgeries, impacting patient outcomes and improving
lives across our community. This position provides an opportunity
to work in a fast-paced setting that necessitates high levels of
teamwork, efficiency, and a commitment to patient safety. Prepare
operating rooms for surgery including sterilizing equipment and
setting up surgical tools. Assist surgeons during operations by
passing instruments and other sterile supplies. Monitor and assess
patient condition before, during, and after surgery, providing
timely updates to the surgical team. Administer medications and
injections as required for the procedure and patient care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure
comprehensive patient treatment. Educate patients and families on
post-surgery care and health management. Strong knowledge of
surgical operations and medical terminology. Proficient in using
medical software and electronic health records. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS)
and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the
American Heart Association.
