Job Description:
Stellar Living, a leader in senior care with a commitment to

compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. In
this role, you'll provide top-tier nursing care to our residents
across our various facilities, including independent living,
assisted living, and memory care units. As a Registered Nurse with
Stellar Living, you will play a critical role in our continued
effort to deliver high-quality, personalized care, ensuring
wellness, and improving the quality of life for our seniors. Assess
patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing
care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care
to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise
patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide
case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes
in patients' conditions. Operate and monitor medical equipment.
Help perform diagnostic tests and analyze results. Instruct
patients and their families in proper care. Strong clinical skills
in a healthcare setting Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to respond effectively to emergencies Proficient in
clinical assessments Capability to manage and operate healthcare
equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
