As a Med Tele RN, you will provide compassionate, patient-focused care tailored to individual health needs, managing complex assessments, establishing detailed care plans, and administering medications in a highly monitored setting. This role is specifically designed for caring professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to improving patient health through precise observation and the vigilant monitoring of cardiac and other critical vital indicators. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary during shifts. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Utilize specialized equipment to monitor health conditions and relay important changes in the patient's status to the appropriate practitioners. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to streamline the care process. Educate patients and families on condition signs, preventative measures, and ongoing treatment requirements. Keep detailed records of patients' conditions and treatments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Strong clinical skills in a telemetry environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure setting Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Competency in using healthcare technology and software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
