Job Description:
**Customer Technical Support Specialist**Denver, Colorado - Full
Time Software isn't perfect - loyalty is earned when we are

wrong. In your role you are responsible for ensuring quick
attention and our best effort to resolve customer technical issues.
Primary Responsibilities Assist in the investigation, diagnosis ,
and resolution of customer technical issues. Provide clear problem
description to the engineering team. Secondary Responsibilities 1 +
years in a technical role in enterprise SaaS software Ability to
explain technical issues to non-technical customers Aptitude for
technical troubleshooting skills Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent writing and communication skills (English) Experience
searching and updating tickets (JIRA experience desired) Ability to
search and decipher log files ( DataDog preferred) Benefits/Perks:
