Summary and Qualifications This position supports the mission of
HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge to deliver safe, quality,
evidence-based patient care that is compliant with HCAHealthONE
policies and guidelines. The Registered Nurse must be able to
demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in the care of
his/herpatients. Each service also requires specialized skills.The
delivery of care is based on criteria that is age appropriate and
is based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and
learning needs of the individual patient. The Registered Nurse may
rotate to other areas other than his/her normally assigned service
area/s, and will perform only those duties for which he/she has
demonstrated competency. The Registered Nurse performs delegated
duties consistent with his/her scope of practice and functions
within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery atHCA
HealthONE Mountain Ridge. The Registered Nurse displays
positivesupport forHCA HealthONE Mountain Ridgeas well as the
entire HCAHealthONE organization and is committed to the process of
continuous learning and professional development. Provides patient
care utilizingthe nursing process – assessment, care planning,
implementation, and reassessment – for the identified patient
population per the Colorado Nurse Practice Act. Documents patient
care administered. Promotes interdisciplinary communication and
care. The delivery of care is based on the age, physical,
psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of the individual
patient. Demonstrates basic and unit specific competencies. What
qualifications you will need: - Registered Nurse license in the
state of Colorado, or multistate license - Nursing diploma from an
accredited school of nursing, BSN desireable - Current AHA or ARC
BCLS and AHA or ARC ACLS Certification for all Float Pool
Registered Nurses required. Additional certifications required
based on specialty unit served - Two or more years of RN experience
