ABM, a national leader in integrated facility solutions, is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our clients' premises are maintained impeccably, reflecting the high standards of cleanliness and professionalism that ABM is known for. As a Janitorial Cleaner, you will be tasked with maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in various settings across multiple industries. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure areas are tidy and sanitary. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including mops, vacuums, and scrubbers. Manage supply inventory and replenish cleaning supplies as needed. Follow health and safety regulations, and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals. Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed. Efficiently manage time to cover all assigned areas within the specified timeframe. Participate in occasional deep cleaning projects. Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures Ability to handle and operate cleaning equipment Strong organizational skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Good physical condition to perform strenuous cleaning tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA Hazard Communication training is a plus Certification from the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) or similar can be advantageous
