Job Description:
As a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator at Spalding Rehab
under HCA Healthcare, you will lead nursing staff in delivering
excellent care to patients while ensuring all subordinate nurses
are well trained and properly utilized. This role is pivotal in
maintaining the standard of care provided by HCA Healthcare,
adhering to regulatory and departmental policies. With direct
supervision and management of patient care, you are a critical link
between patients, nursing staff, and other health care
professionals at our advanced facilities. Oversee nursing
operations in the rehab facility. Coordinate patient care plans and
review their implementation. Manage staffing needs and nursing
schedules. Ensure adherence to all health care regulations and
standards. Facilitate training and development for the nursing
staff. Evaluate patient outcomes to adjust care plans as necessary.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical protocols and
standards specific to rehabilitation Ability to manage multiple
priorities effectively Proficient in the use of healthcare
technology and software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
