This role is crucial in assisting patients to overcome injuries and conditions specific to the upper extremities, ensuring they regain or enhance their ability to perform everyday tasks. Evaluate patient conditions regarding upper extremity injuries and disorders. Develop and implement targeted therapy plans based on patient needs and doctor recommendations. Engage in continuous patient monitoring and adjust therapeutic plans as required. Educate patients and families about conditions, therapies, and managing their home care. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients. Expertise in hand therapy techniques and treatment. Strong diagnostic skills to evaluate physical conditions and establish therapy plans. Proficient in using therapeutic equipment and technology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Occupational Therapist. Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) preferred.
