Department Float Pool for night shifts. This challenging and

patient care across varying emergency departments. As a part of our

improving lives. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse, dynamic
emergency department setting. Assess, plan, and implement nursing
care plans for patients in varying states of emergencies.
Participate in interdisciplinary teams to discuss and strategize
patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
and monitor responses. Float between multiple emergency departments
to fulfill staffing shortages. Maintain accurate patient records
and document all care provided. Educate patients and families on
treatment and care plans. Uphold the highest standards of
cleanliness and safety protocols. Strong clinical skills in a
high-pressure environment Excellent decision-making and
problem-solving skills Ability to adapt quickly to new departments
and patient care scenarios Proficient in electronic health record
(EHR) systems Capability to work effectively within a team and
independently Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in
the state of Colorado BLS/CPR certification ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
