Job Description:
Swedish Medical Center, a proud member of HealthONE, is seeking
a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical Telemetry
unit. The Med Tele nurse plays a pivotal role in providing
excellent care to patients with acute conditions who require
continuous monitoring. The role is ideal for those passionate about
delivering high-quality medical care in a patient-centered
environment. At Swedish Medical Center, you will work with
cutting-edge technology and a team of professionals committed to
healthcare excellence. Monitor patients' vital signs and administer
medications as prescribed. Interpret patient information and make
decisions about necessary actions, consultations, and treatments.
Provide direct nursing care according to the prescribed patient
treatment plans. Maintain patient records and coordinate with
healthcare teams for optimal care. Educate patients and families on
health care needs, conditions, and options. Ensure the integrity of
all medical equipment and report any malfunctions. Proficient in
the use of medical telemetry devices. Strong analytical and
decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. Capability to handle high-stress situations with
professionalism. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of practice. BLS Certification required. ACLS
Certification preferred.
