Evaluate resident needs and establish effective therapy treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions and track resident progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment. Educate residents and their families on treatments and therapy strategies. Maintain resident records and compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements. Participate in professional development and training. Expert knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices. Ability to design effective rehabilitation strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in documentation and patient management software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment. CPR certified.
