Job Description:
Intermountain Healthcare invites applications for the role of
Registered Nurse Program Coordinator for our Neurosurgery
department. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and

high-quality outcomes and patient-centered care. As the
Coordinator, the successful candidate will oversee the clinical,
administrative, and educational operations of our neurosurgery
program, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional patient
care. Develop and implement program initiatives aligned with
departmental and organizational goals. Collaborate with medical
staff to refine patient care protocols and enhance clinical
outcomes. Manage patient care coordination, ensuring high standards
of safety and efficacy. Oversee training and development of nursing
staff within the neurosurgery department. Coordinate with other
healthcare professionals to optimize multidisciplinary care
approaches. Monitor and report on program performance, proposing
strategic adjustments as necessary. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficiency in clinical skills specific to neurosurgery.
Ability to manage complex patient cases. In-depth knowledge of
healthcare regulations and policy compliance. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Certification in Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN) or Surgical
Nursing is highly desirable.
