Assess, monitor, and manage patient care specific to gastrointestinal disorders. Provide direct patient care and administer medications as per physician orders. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and gastrointestinal health management. Collaborate with gastroenterologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care. Implement infection control protocols specific to GI procedures and treatments. Maintain detailed patient records and reports to ensure accuracy in treatment and billing. Expertise in gastrointestinal nursing practices Strong patient assessment and management skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and educational skills Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license Certification in gastroenterology nursing (CGRN) preferred
