Swedish Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Ortho Trauma Service Line. The chosen candidate will oversee the orthopedic trauma surgery services, ensuring exceptional patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and effective staff management. The role requires combining clinical expertise in orthopedic nursing with leadership skills to manage the operating room team effectively. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing our patient outcomes and maintaining our reputation for superior healthcare services. Manage the overall operations of the orthopedic trauma service line in the operating room. Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring continuous education and professional development. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement protocols for patient care specific to orthopedic trauma. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Manage patient caseload and provide direct patient care as necessary. Conduct regular reviews of procedures and outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
