Overview: In this role, you will apply the nursing process to
deliver exceptional patient care. You will hold professional
accountability for the care provided to your assigned patients and
assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other
caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate
patient care is essential. You will also uphold patient rights and
ensure the confidentiality of their information. All
responsibilities should align with our mission, values, and service
standards. Position Details: Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours, night
schedule 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Qualifications: Education: Must have
graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree,
Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: You are responsible for obtaining and
maintaining a valid RN license in the state of employment,
including any compact licensure, and must fulfill all requirements
set by the state board of nursing. Experience: Preferred candidates
will have a minimum of one year of experience in Cardiac or
Critical Care. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification through the American Heart Association or completion
of the course within 30 days of hire. Depending on the specific
position or unit, additional certifications may be required within
a designated timeframe, including: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life
Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency
Nursing Pediatric Course) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON
(Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology
Certified Nurse) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS
(Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E.
(Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And
Emotional Support) C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification) Other
unit-specific certifications as necessary Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged
standing and walking are required throughout each shift. Capability
to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform
