Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity
is ideal for an Occupational Therapist with experience across
multiple grade levels, ready to support student development in a
dynamic school setting. The role focuses on delivering specialized
occupational therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten
through 12th grade, with particular emphasis on supporting
educational and functional participation. Responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and
interventions for students in grades K-12. Collaborating with
educators, families, and school staff to develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs). Utilizing therapeutic
techniques to assist students in improving motor skills, sensory
processing, and daily living activities critical for school
success. Monitoring student progress and adjusting treatment plans
accordingly. Supporting inclusion initiatives by adapting
environments and practices to meet diverse student needs. Preferred
qualifications include: Valid Occupational Therapy licensure.
Experience working within school environments, ideally serving
students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Strong communication skills
to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to
tailor interventions based on individual student goals. Location:
Arvada, Colorado contributing to a supportive and progressive
school environment. This contract position offers the chance to
