Job Description:
Occupational Therapist Role $2,275-$2,375 per week Are you a
skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist with experience in
long-term care? We're looking for a dedicated OT to join our team
in Littleton, specializing in neuro rehabilitation within a
supportive and collaborative environment. Position Overview:As an
Occupational Therapist in our neuro-focused LTC facility, you will
play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for residents
with neurological conditions. This position is ideal for someone
with at least one year of SNF (skilled nursing facility) experience
who is passionate about working in neuro rehab and is ready to make
a difference in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities: -
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for residents
with neurological conditions. - Conduct assessments to identify
residents' needs and create goals to enhance their functional
independence. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
provide comprehensive care. - Educate residents and families on
therapy strategies for long-term progress. - Maintain accurate,
detailed documentation for all treatments and interventions.
Requirements: - Licensure: Current Colorado OT license in good
standing. - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a
skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. - Strong communication and
