Job Description:RH Development, LLC is seeking an experienced and
dynamic Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development to lead
and manage all aspects of its real estate development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multifamily
development, master-planned communities, and commercial real estate
(retail and industrial). Knowledge and experience with metro
districts is a plus.
This is an onsite position in Greeley, CO, and the selected
candidate must be willing to take on tasks of all sizes as part of
a small but efficient team.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the planning, development,
and execution of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with
Richmark's strategic goals. - Manage all phases of development,
including site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design,
financing, construction, and leasing/sales. - Identify new
development opportunities and assess feasibility through financial
modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment. - Work closely with
public and private stakeholders, including city officials,
investors, contractors, and consultants. - Oversee budgeting,
financial projections, and cost control measures to maximize
returns on investment. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and
federal regulations related to land use, zoning, and development. -
Lead and mentor a small but highly efficient team, fostering a
collaborative and results-driven culture. - Represent RH
Development, LLC and Richmark Holdings, Inc. in industry events,
networking opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements: - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in real estate
development, with a strong focus on multifamily, master-planned
communities, and commercial projects. - Deep understanding of real
estate finance, entitlements, and development processes. -
Experience working with metro districts is highly desirable. -
Willingness to locate in or near Greeley, Colorado is important to
the success of this position. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and
communication skills. - Ability to operate effectively within a
lean team environment, taking on diverse responsibilities as
needed. - Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business,
urban planning, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale
development projects from inception to completion.
Compensation details: 185000-225000 Yearly Salary
