Education: EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification is required. NATE
certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Experience: 1 years
HVAC technician experience is essential. Strong diagnostic,
troubleshooting, and repair skills. Skills: Excellent communication
and people skills to build trust and educate customers. Ability to
use tools and technology for creating reports, invoicing, and
collecting payments. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving
record is required. Your Role In Action: Diagnostics and Repair:
Enter customers’ homes to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
professionally and efficiently. Reporting: Build accurate and
thorough reports on potential repairs or issues. Customer
Consultation: Discuss repair options, estimates, and solutions with
customers to ensure they can make informed decisions. Billing and
Payments: Complete invoices with accurate pricing and process
customer payments. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with
customers, coworkers, and vendors to ensure seamless service
delivery. Safe Driving: Operate a company vehicle responsibly and
