Overview:Situated in Denver, this medical center serves a diverse
patient population with a focus on cardiac care and complex medical
conditions. The unit includes a 345-bed facility featuring
state-of-the-art technology and a comprehensive electronic medical
records system. Denver combines urban amenities with nearby outdoor
recreation, offering a vibrant lifestyle for healthcare
professionals. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care on the
Progressive Care Unit (PCU 616), focusing on patients with complex
cardiac and medical diagnoses Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans Float across
inpatient Medical, Telemetry, and Rehabilitation units as needed
Monitor patient status and use advanced cardiac monitoring
equipment with proficiency Adhere to unit policies and maintain a
supportive, family-oriented team atmosphere Qualifications and
Desired Experience: Valid RN license with at least 2 years of
telemetry experience required BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
Chemo certification is a plus for potential oncology unit
assignments Strong communication skills and a compassionate,
team-player attitude Flexibility to float between units and adapt
to varying patient care needs Schedule: Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
