ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the technical lead on marketing automation systems
• Design and build automated omnichannel workflows and campaigns
• Work with creative to assemble blogs, emails, mail offers, chat features, and landing pages to nurture leads
• Implement lead scoring and other model outputs
• Manage forms and web properties in marketing automation systems and monitor performance
• Regularly refine our segmentation to further define audiences and develop buyer personas
  
  REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  • 5+ years in Marketing or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years Iterable (or similar marketing automation) experience
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, cross-channel marketing, and customer lifecycle including personalization
  • Experience with loyalty and referral programs, top-of-the-funnel engagement
  • A current understanding of SEO and other traffic generation techniques
