Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of Nurse
Extern Rehab, dedicated to providing support in our rehabilitation
services. This role is pivotal in assisting registered nurses and
healthcare teams by gaining hands-on experience in patient care
within a diverse and fast-paced medical environment. As part of our
commitment to improving human life, you will engage directly with
patient care protocols, learn from top medical professionals and
contribute to treatments that restore patient health. Assist with
daily patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
Participate in rehabilitation treatment planning and execution
Maintain accurate patient records and monitor changes in patient
conditions Support a sterile environment and ensure compliance with
all healthcare regulations Engage in patient and family education
regarding rehabilitation processes Basic understanding of clinical
practices and protocols Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to work effectively in a team High attention to
detail and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR certification
must be obtained prior to start date. Additional certification in
rehabilitation nursing (CRRN) is beneficial but not required.
