Job Description Job Description Must be bilingual English-Spanish Senior Care Physician needed in Wellington,Florida Convenient location minutes from Palm Beach 100% Geriatric patient population Open to experienced providers Internal Medicine - Family Medicine - Geriatrics Outpatient ONLY - Medicare Advantage patients Average15-17 patients per day with full support staff Physicians drive the care decisions for the patients Compensation and Benefits Negotiable $260,000 base salary Up to 20% of Base Salary Bonus (average bonus is $50,0000) Sign-On Bonus $35,000 Relocation assistance if over 50 miles Over 32 total days off including Holidays-Personal-PTO Benefits including CME, 401k match,paid healthcare forfamily This physician-friendly group offers complete office support staff Focused on giving their providersan amazing work/life balance Predictable work schedule Evenings and weekends dedicated to your families Community Atlantic Oceanwith beached and endless other experiences An amazing place to work and raise a family
