assurance. This team provides daily support to individuals who live
independently in the community-based setting, supports are provided
in-home, in the community, and at the DDRC main office.

fullest potential. Your day as a Lead Direct Support Professional
As a Full-Time Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) at DDRC, you
play a key role in ensuring high-quality supports are delivered
consistently and effectively. You will work closely with the
Program Manager and Nurse to support and guide the Direct Support
Team while also providing hands-on direct support. In this role,
you will help prioritize daily tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to
changing needs in a fast-paced environment. You will participate in
interdisciplinary and staff meetings to promote collaboration,
clear communication, and continuity of care. A critical part of
this position includes supervising and administering medications,
as well as providing life skills training in areas such as
relationships, sex education, safety, and money management. You
will actively monitor and address the medical needs of the people
you support, ensuring any concerns are communicated promptly to the
Program Manager and Nurse. Additionally, you will assist with staff
scheduling and coverage, support onboarding and training for new
staff, and help maintain a positive and effective team culture.

lives. Are you the Lead Direct Support Professional we're looking
for? To succeed as a Full-Time Lead Direct Support Professional at
the DDRC, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and
basic math skills. Candidates must be able to safely lift, pivot,
and transfer up to 75 pounds independently or with assistance. We
strongly prefer candidates with at least two years of paid or
volunteer experience supporting individuals with disabilities, as
well as one year of staff supervision experience. Comfort using
required software and tools is important for managing
responsibilities, prioritizing tasks, and supporting a fast-paced
