Job Description Job Description Description: Description Sidney Regional Medical Center is searching for a part-time night shift Licensed Practical Nurse to add to our Long-Term Care team at Pole Creek Estates! Job Responsibilities: Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents in Long Term Care under the direction of an R.N. and the attending Physician. Follow and adhere to the scope of practice for an L.P.N and SRMC Policy and Procedures. Provide noted observation and planning for individualized resident care. Communicate with physicians about changes in residents’ clinical condition. Participate in performance improvement activities. Deliver resident care skillfully and safely in accordance with facility and department procedures and Federal, State, and local regulations. Requirements: Education & Experience: Education: Graduate from an accredited L.P.N School of Nursing. Required Licensure/Certification: Licensure by the State of Nebraska as a Licensed Practical Nurse is required. Must be Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.
