The business development associate role at Native Rank, Inc. is critical to the success of our organization. It is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly motivated sales team in an extremely fast-paced and rapidly changing internet marketing environment. The ideal candidate is ambitious and seeks a challenging work environment, as well as possesses the desire to contribute to the growth of our company.We'll provide in-depth ongoing training on the full range of Native Rank, Inc. products and services (both existing and emerging). In return you'll bring strong persuasive, negotiation and follow-up skills to the mix, along with a proven ability to successfully close a sale. Responsibilities• Meet or exceed daily lead generation goals of 100 outbound calls• Capture accurate and complete lead and customer information in our CRM• Become knowledgeable on all Native Rank services. Must really like and enjoy marketing and business development• Determine what messaging / key points resonates for different types of customers and adapt the sales "pitch" accordingly Qualifications• Outbound sales experience, with a track record of progression and results• Not afraid of Cold Calling• Passion and high aptitude for internet marketing.• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency• An ability to learn quickly and adapt even faster• Strengths in customer service, problem solving, and time management• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)• Be proactive and creative in terms of problem solving• A logical and strategic mindset Compensation• 90 day evaluation period• Base + Uncapped Commissions (Paid Monthly), no penalty for exceeding goals/quotas You Keep up to 10% of ACV No limitations, No Caps, No TerritoriesTop 20% of Sales Rep's yearly income exceeds $100,000.00 on average.
