AIS Inside Account Sales Representative Position: AIS Inside Account Sales Representative Job Description: Job Summary:Develop and manage account relationships by providing service and support to customers. This position focuses on not only maintaining existing business for assigned accounts, but also growing and developing new business. Working with others internally and externally (field sales, engineering, solution architects, quality, supplier marketing, asset, product teams, planning, manufacturing facilities and other corporate departments), you will ensure the customer is receiving high service levels through such activities as selling products and services, providing alternative products and solutions, quoting orders, following up on orders and problem solving issues, providing engineering support and trouble shooting, coordination and scheduling with our manufacturing facility to provide complete system solutions from prototype to production. You will strategically enhance margins and gain market share within an assigned customer base.Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for Sales Excellence through the development and management of customer strategy in assign account territory.Build and maintain influential relationship in purchasing, management, engineering, quality, supply chain and other members of the customer organization.Works proactively with the credit department on customer account set up, credit lines, invoice issues, etc.Participates in the development of customer action plans. Forecasts effectively and has knowledge of what competition is doing in market. Manage information utilizing Salesforce.com to communicate internally for each customer engagement.Understanding of ROWC model to set profit/margin strategy for customer quoting on existing and new opportunities.Utilizes influential relationships with suppliers.Recognizes the positive effects of running a clean profitable business and works to minimize process issues.Ability to facilitate supply chain engagements of varying levels of complexity.Develop strategies and to maximize gross profit margins.End of Life management of product. Quote and Order Preparation:Collaborates with field teams, solution architects and customers to provide accurate, complete, timely quotes for configurations and systems for our manufacturing opportunities globally.Responds timely and accurately to quotation requests, processes customer orders and is responsible for customer backlog management.Follow up on all quote opportunities to win business.Problem Resolution:Works with appropriate suppliers and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems -RMA's, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, quality issues, etc. Escalates issues when appropriate to management.Troubleshoot issues to determine the most effective solution. Use multiple approaches when appropriate to resolve issues and communicate with team.Reporting and Forecasting: Responsible to review reports to ensure timeliness and accuracy of our orders and to update management on areas that have liability or potential missed commits to our customers. Reports include Backlog, Profit Seeking, Engineering Change Notice Charges, Master Schedule, Material Ready, Prototype through Production scheduling, slow moving inventory, credits, RMA's, Forecasting sales and margin for customers assigned. Requirements:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to read and interpret documents such as Excel, Word, PDF and basic information from engineering prints.Ability to respond on routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to communicate ideas and information in a concise, logical way.Ability to listen attentively and confirm the message presented. Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email. Skilled at delivering sensitive communications with appropriate level of tact and diplomacy. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, profits, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Location: Denver (Panorama) Time Type: Full time
