Job Description Job Description Experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative / Sales Manager Pest Control Sales | Commission-Based | Multiple U.S. Markets Apex Marketing is seeking experienced door-to-door sales professionals and sales managers to sell residential pest-control services in multiple U.S. markets. This role is designed for candidates with prior door-to-door experience who are comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment. We partner with Pest Badger and work in select markets with limited door-to-door saturation and provide structured systems, operational support, and advancement opportunities for high performers. Position Overview Sales Representatives Sell residential pest-control services door-to-door Work assigned territories with defined boundaries Follow established sales processes and compliance guidelines Manage customer pipeline through installation Sales Managers (for qualified candidates) Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives Manage team performance and territory results Assist with market launches and expansion Oversee sales activity and accountability Candidates with existing teams may be considered for sales manager positions, subject to review Compensation Sales Representatives Commission-based compensation (uncapped) Earnings vary based on performance Top-performing representatives have historically earned $60,000–$120,000 per season Additional incentives and bonuses may be available Sales Managers Competitive management and override compensation Compensation structure based on team performance and scope of responsibility Details discussed during the interview process Note: Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual and team performance.
