This role focuses on leveraging our cutting-edge HVAC solutions to meet diverse client needs, ensuring optimal building performance and environmental compliance. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by presenting Johnson Controls' HVAC solutions to potential clients. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction and to maximize sales potential. Translate complex technical details of our HVAC products and services into client-specific solutions that address unique needs for sustainability and efficiency. Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and Johnson Controls. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with market trends. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product capabilities meet client requirements. Meet regular sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability and growth of the company. Strong sales and negotiation skills Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Technical understanding of HVAC systems and smart building technologies Ability to understand and translate complex technical information Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification from recognized industry bodies such as AHRI (Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute) LEED Accreditation is considered a plus
