a Business Development Specialist Pay: $20.00 DOE Schedule: Monday
– Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Qualified Candidates will have: - Strong
customer service and clear communication skills - Good
understanding of the sales process from prospecting to placement -
Experience answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting
clients - Ability to accurately enter data accurately and manage
emails/messages professionally - Basic knowledge of Microsoft
Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint - Coachable attitude, reliability,
and the initiative to support a team - Strong customer service and
clear communication skills Job Duties Include: - Greet clients and
create a welcoming atmosphere - Obtain new business through leads,
appointments, and phone calls - Answer phones, take and return
messages, and manage appointment scheduling - Maintain accurate
contact information and calendar details - Follow up with clients
or escalate issues when appropriate - Identify and contact
potential customers / present services to prospects / meeting or
exceeding sales targets - Take initiative - ask for tasks and
