Manager, you will embark on an intensive, hands-on development
program within our firm. This comprehensive training will equip you
with a deep understanding of Lumen’s residential and small business
product offerings, advanced client relationship management
strategies, effective account growth methodologies, and
sophisticated problem-solving techniques for client-specific
scenarios. Essential Functions of the Lead Customer Support
Representative: Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term
relationships with assigned Lumen clients, serving as their primary
contact and trusted telecom advisor. Proactively engage clients to
understand evolving needs, identify challenges, and strategically
position Lumen solutions. Identify and capitalize on account
expansion opportunities, directly contributing to revenue growth.
Conduct thorough account reviews and needs assessments, analyzing
usage and satisfaction for optimal service delivery. Act as an
internal client advocate, collaborating with sales, support, and
technical teams for a unified, superior experience. Prepare and
deliver compelling presentations and proposals, showcasing
additional Lumen service value. Negotiate service agreements and
contract renewals, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term client
retention. Maintain comprehensive, accurate client records within
the CRM system. Monitor key account metrics and client health,
providing regular reports and strategic insights to management.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and Lumen
product updates for proactive recommendations. Facilitate effective
communication between clients and internal departments for timely
information exchange. Participate in ongoing professional
development to enhance expertise in telecom, account management,
and client retention.
