KRUEGER, a 73-year-old industry leader, is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in servicing our existing 2,000 business clients while developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. You will lead a small team in performing these tasks and become an expert in training and developing team members. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
• Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies.
• Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high productivity and quality work.
• Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
• Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
    Licensing Requirements:
    
    
    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
    • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
