Leadership Opportunity at KRUEGER

KRUEGER, a 73-year-old industry leader, is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to perform these tasks. This role offers a weekly salary of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base.
• Research new business opportunities.
• Supervise team activity and results.
• Train and develop incoming team members.
• Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
• Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • The desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
    Licensing Requirements:
    
    
    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
    • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
