• Taking inbound calls from patients from the hospital or medical centers attached to the hospital
• Handling operator calls for switchboard, call for emergencies (security, weather, etc.), and taking after hours for doctor groups
• Will be placing outbound calls (general discharge, general observation, and stroke calls)
• Cannot give any advice over the phones when talking to individualsSHIFT HIRIRNG FOR:
  • Mon-Fri 10 AM to 6:30 PMSkills:

    • CSRAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:
      • At least 1 year of call center -background -OR retail environment where they were handling a high volume of calls
      • Understand they have a set schedule and breaks during the day
      • Someone who performs well under pressure
      • Someone who can work in a fast paced environment and stressful environment (at times)NICE TO HAVE:-Previous healthcare experienceExperience Level:Entry Level
