This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed
productivity targets while maintaining the focus needed to convert
leads and process smooth transactions on behalf of their clients.

We receive a large volume of inbound leads from our online lead
vendors. These leads are largely in the form of live transfers to
buyers looking to make a move in the near future. If the thought of
talking to lots of strangers excites you, you might be right for
this job.
We also take our position in the community very seriously. From
past clients to past team members, we serve where we can.
Our agent's actions will be above reproach, always ethical, and
will place the needs of the client above their own and the needs of
their team members at least on par with theirs.
Responsibilities:
--- Field inbound phone calls, emails, and other notifications from
prospects
--- Adhere to our systems for conversion of leads, including
accurate tracking through our fantastic CRM
--- Immediately respond to the above (within 30 seconds)
--- Utilize a proven phone guide to systematically convert
prospects into clients
--- Meet with and educate new and established clients
--- Prepare market analyses to help determine property value
--- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and
sellers
--- Maintain a good relationship and the reputation of the team
with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and escrow companies
--- Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the
local market
--- Connect with members of your personal database to ensure that
they think of you when they think real estate
--- Represent our brand in the community
Qualifications:
--- Have or be willing to obtain your Real Estate License (must
have started classes for consideration)
--- Have an eagerness to learn through training and through
doing
--- Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
--- Strong negotiation skills utilizing a collaborative
approach
--- Willingness to grow individually and with the company
--- Be located in Colorado Springs
Experience:
--- Commission-Based Sales: 1 year (preferred)
--- Also valuable is experience in the service industry. Your
resume should prove that you know how to talk to people in an
authentic, compelling way.
Education Required:
--- High school or equivalent (required)
--- Undergraduate degree (preferred)
