Job Title: Guest Services Greeter - Part TimeDepartment: Guest
ServicesReports To: Guest Services ManagerFLSA Status: Hourly,
Non-ExemptCompensation: $17.50/hr at time of hire.General
Summary:The Guest Services Greeter shall greet and guide CCC and
Bellco Theater guests to the requested locations. Greeter shall
maintain an excellent public image for the Center as well as Bellco
Theater, and shall interact with employees, patrons, and vendors
regarding amenities, art, policies, procedures and overall
operating guidelines of ASM Global/CCC.Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:Meet and greet guests; offer assistance in
answering questions, provide directions to locations within our
facility as well as to various amenities and servicesCoverage of
reception desk for in-person guest and callers.On inquiry inform
guest of amenities and walking distance locationsOffer solutions to
any guest complaints and problems; follow up to ensure customer
satisfactionRefer unusual or difficult questions and problems to
Guest Services Manager or Lead as needed to ensure proper
resolution.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an

Experience:Minimum High School Diploma or GED, some college
coursework preferredOne (1) or more years work experience in
customer service or closely related fieldSkills and
Abilities:Demonstrated excellent communication (verbal and written)
and inter-personal skills among all levels of staff and
clienteleAbility to speak, understand, and read standard English,
required;Work effectively with diverse groups of people among all
levels within an organization; skill to work effectively as part of
a teamProvide customer service in a professional considerate
mannerExcellent record of dependability and reliabilityMust be
knowledgeable regarding general office equipment including phone,
copier and SurfaceMust be self-motivated, and flexible to
changeMust be able to work a varied schedule including evenings,
weekends and holidaysMust be available for both evening and
daytime/morning shiftsComputer Skills:Basic computer skills
including ability to create word documents and excel spreadsheets,
requiredWorking Conditions:The physical demands described here are
