Description-Will be acting as a support system to the Inside Sales team -Will be handling calls from domestic and international customers in order to retain them as long-term clients-Will be answering questions regarding: warranty, parts, shipping, inventory, purchasing, accounting and sales -Will also be responsible for generating reports to provide customers and/or update reports regularlySkills & QualificationsMUST HAVE:-High School Diploma -2-3 years of customer service based roles (inside sales, administrative, data entry, order entry, etc.) -Someone who has a strong attention to detail, follow-up, and ability to prioritize their day -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Someone who can multi-task and has strong organizational skills -Someone who is technically savvy NICE TO HAVE:-Experience dealing with international customers is a plus, but not required -Previous experience with purchase orders (POs)-Someone who has an inventory or order entry background -Experience with an ERP or CRM system -Someone who has worked in the manufacturing industry About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
