Job Description:
Miller International, Inc., apparel designer and distributor of
Cinch and Cruel is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service
Representative to join our customer service team. The E-Commerce
Customer Service Representative will play a fundamental role as a
company liaison with our e-commerce customers. The primary
responsibility of this position is to provide excellent service to
our customers, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, maintain
high customer satisfaction, and guide our customers through our
product offerings and services. The candidate for this role must be
professional, friendly, skilled in providing strong customer
service, detail-oriented, patient, an advocate for our customers
when necessary, and skilled in conflict and resolution
management.
