As a B2B business unit, Prologis Essentials is re-defining industrial real estate by designing the first warehousing-as-a-service customer experience. Prologis is seeking a Sales Operations and Support Analyst for its Prologis Essentials business who will be instrumental in continuing to grow sales and support the Prologis Essentials platform. As a Sales Operations and Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our growing sales team by supporting them in their day-to-day customer management, delivery of proposals, and pipeline/deal management. The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills, the ability to multitask, exceptional customer service experience and excellent communication skills. What's needed in order to do that: Sales & Deal Support: provide on-going support to the sales organization by helping improve deal velocity through routing leads, supplying analysis, performing partner outreach, assisting with pricing, and generating proposals Running Sales Pilots & Tests: help execute and run a variety of inside sales, sales support, and process improvements as we test new sales methods and improve efficiency within our sales model Account Management: develop, nurture and grow new and existing accounts by building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations Build Efficiencies & Best Practices: uncover new ways to improve the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team, contribute to designing sales process improvements, and support the development of best practices Tell us if you are ready: 1+ years of results-oriented inside sales or business development experience Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Ability to convert pre-qualified leads and generate new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience Experience and familiarity with industrial warehousing products and services, with ability to keep up with the latest intimation, trainings, industry players, and updates Fearless when seeking challenges, creatively solving problems, and uncovering learnings; willing to roll-up sleeves whenever necessary Able to move quickly and decisively, while staying focused and organized, particularly with limited knowledge and partial understanding in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments Self-starter, with strong desire to work as a team player and open to additional projects Available for occasional business travel as needs dictate Hiring Salary Range of: $56,000-$70,000 Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. #LI-LG #LI-Hybrid People First Each of us working at Prologis plays an essential role in the enduring success of our company.
