After 90 days of employment, all employees are granted Stock Appreciation Rights!What We'll Call You: Business Development AssociateWhat We're Seeking: Our B2B team is focused on developing partnerships with retailers that represent and sell our products in a variety of industries: vape, health, wellness, spa, grocery, pet, and more. In short, you will be responsible for turning cold leads into warm leads by generating interest in our products with prospective retailers. The most scalable approach to growth is through selling over the phone, and this role will require you to make 200+ calls per day, resulting in roughly 60 consultative conversations each day. Once you build interest with a retailer, you'll hand the relationship over to one of our Business Development Executives via a live call transfer or a scheduled follow-up appointment.This role represents a way to join our best-in-class sales team and to position yourself for a promotion to the Business Development Executive role. Earning a promotion to the BDE role can happen in as little as three months. Top performers in the BDE role can earn upwards of $200,000 annually, with an uncapped commission structure.We equip our Business Development Associates with all of the necessary resources, mentorship, training, and software support to see success in this role. Apart from our best-in-class CBD products, we continue to innovate with new products, in-house lead generation, company infrastructure, and new channels for growth, which provide limitless opportunities to succeed within this role. Growth is inevitable, as this industry will explode from a current 2BN valuation to an estimated > 25BN in the next five years.What You'll Do:

  • Cold call leads to introduce our wholesale program (200+ calls/day).
  • Serve the business by communicating with cold leads via phone, email, and text to generate interest in our products with prospective retailers.
  • Qualify leads through a consultative approach to determine if we should send samples and/or transfer the relationship to a Business Development Executive.
  • Organize and manage sales funnel, client notes, and client activity in a professional fashion using our CRM.
  • Embrace feedback and development, and apply feedback from the sales leadership team.
  • Recommend and offer feedback to leadership regarding the sales process and potential changes in products, service, and policies by evaluating clients and their feedback.Why You'll Select Us:

      • Skilled in oral and written communication, and more specifically, listening and tactfully responding.
      • Strong organizational skills to manage and execute a multitude of daily tasks utilizing company software.
      • Strong listening, learning, and information retention expected as an expert in product and industry knowledge.Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
        • Bachelor's degree; concentration in marketing, sales, or business administration preferred.
        • Sales experience preferred, but not required.
        • Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
