    Housecall Pro is looking for a Sr. Manager, Training who will be responsible for leading a team of trainers in facilitating training and leading coaching programs for the sales and operations organization. This position will be responsible for leading large scale training programs and bringing creativity to our virtual instructor-led training.

    The individual in this position will work collaboratively with colleagues, subject matter experts, and the sales and operations leadership team to drive new hire training and ongoing program development for virtual learning offerings. This person will manage the implementation and evaluation of instructor-led virtual learning programs to increase learner success demonstrated by measurable learning and performance outcomes.

    What You'll Be Doing
    • Leads a team of trainers in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs
    • Leads large scale learning & development projects for the sales and operations organization
    • Consults with stakeholders to assess learning and training needs, identify gaps and determine appropriate learning strategy
    • Establishes and maintains standards for content design, development, and delivery
    • Designs and develops training in varying modalities including: virtual training, instructor-led, job aides, videos
    • Manages the department's new hire and ongoing training programs
    • Implements and measures ongoing coaching and QA processes
    • Manages train-the-trainer train-the-trainer process for instructor-led and virtual sessions
    • Explores alternative methods/mediums of providing training to the organization
    • Responsible for the continued maintenance and development of the training curriculum to consistently improve and evolve our programs as we grow and scale the business
    • Project manages the implementation and evaluation of Housecall Pro learning experiences (e-Learning, ILT, Informal, etc.). This includes, preparing and delivering project documentation, status reports, and communications with stakeholders.
    • Implement evaluation strategy to demonstrate effectiveness and return on investment of all training
    • Manages multiple projects and processes on time and on budget
      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree or additional certification a plus
      • 7+ years of learning and development experience
      • Experience coaching and developing individual contributors, leaders and facilitators
      • Experience with Adobe InDesign (strong graphic design capabilities) preferred
      • Expertise in adult learning theory and ADDIE model
      • Experience designing and/or delivering sales and leadership training
      • Ability to be a thought leader in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
      • A strong track record of being a top performer in sales
      • Possess strong content writing ability, creativity, attention to detail and excellent proofing and editing skills
      • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with virtual facilitation experience. Presents ideas, expectations, and information in a concise well-organized manner
        Compensation: Minimum Base Salary: $109,000 per year plus bonus and equity
