Open Role: B2B Sales Representative Technology - Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Home Based We are seeking a professional hard working, smart sales representatives to call businesses across the country from your home office and introduce, demo online and sell our leading-edge SaaS Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is a B2B sale. You are calling on Directors of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Managers, HR Managers, Owners, Presidents, etc. This is a performance-based opportunity, meaning you get paid for the sales you make. There is NO base salary. You need to be able to sustain yourself for 3 months with little to no income while you build your client base. Average sale is $10,000. You earn (20%) $2,000 on sale, first year and 10% $1,000 per year thereafter for as long a client. You can be earning $10,000 per month by your 3rd month. Depending on your performance you will earn $30,000 to $300,000 per year+ all while working from home. This is a reoccurring sales and revenue stream business. No Traffic, work from your home office anywhere in North America. We provide leads What you will be doing: - Look at company profiles online - Review their career pages to see the technology they are using - Call the company, find person in charge and introduce yourself and our ATS - Start the conversation with the goal of doing a demo - Do online demo, sell the functions and features in relation to clients needs - Provide pricing, and follow up - Close the sales and complete sales paperwork - Perform 40-80 calls per day - Goal is 5+ 1-hour demos weekly and close 6+ sales monthly - Average sale approximately $10,000, large sale $250,000, smallest sale, $1,000 About the Role: You will be selling to businesses of all sizes locally, regionally, across the country and across North America. It will be your responsibility to introduce our ATS to potential clients, understand their needs and propose the most appropriate solution. The majority of your sales will take place over the phone. You need to be enthusiastic, engaging, able to navigate different personalities, be quick on your feet and be a closer. Working from your home office you will work independently to contact prospective clients and manage accounts to further develop relationships and create sales opportunities. You will be supported by a Sales Manager and engage with your sales team at weekly team meetings to celebrate successes and formulate plans to overcome obstacles. Requirements: Our sales team members come from many different backgrounds and there is no one perfect fit to be successful. Our ideal sales representatives will have: - Previous experience in any of these disciplines Sales, ATS, Recruiting, Software Sales, Staffing and or general business knowledge. - Previous work from home sales experience and shown self discipline to be at work each day on-time. - Experience making outbound calls whether in a customer service or sales capacity - An outgoing, personable attitude - Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people to solve problems. We are a solutions provider; we solve problems for our clients' recruitment technology needs. - Previous experience in HR sales, Job Posting sales, Recruitment Sales or Advertising Sales is desirable - Expert level computer skills - Able to perform 1-hour online demos of the system using Zoom - Previous experience using a CRM is highly desirable - A late model computer with high speed internet and double monitors or a laptop plus a monitor. We Offer: High commission rates - NO CAP on earnings. If you have the ability to sell, you'll make more with us than anywhere else. We offer excellent flexibility; You will be telecommuting from your own home. Make your own schedule but we need a minimum 32 hours weekly and really looking for 40 hours plus! No restrictions on territory. We provide an online CRM, online phone system, lead generation, support, coaching, a great team to fully support you and make sure clients you sell are very happy.
