Inside Sales Support$750.00 signing bonus after 3 months.Become part of the premier manufacturer of Law Enforcement Helmets in the US at Super Seer. Our products are manufactured and shipped nation wide as well as internationally to Law Enforcement agencies. We are a custom manufacturing facility and handle individual orders as well as large bulk orders.In this role as inside sales support you interface between our customers all across the US daily. Quick responsiveness and follow through for world class customer service starting from initial customer inquiry through designing products to suit their needs through shipping and billing and account maintenance. This position is located in beautiful Evergreen, Colorado.Duties/ResponsibilitiesThe Position: Inside Sales SupportWe are seeking a hands-on, hard-working, detail oriented, and customer focused Law Enforcement Sales Support person to join our team, building the best American made helmets. The successful candidate will work to understand and meet all customers' unique needs, and they will also develop, build, and maintain professional relationships with each customer. In this position, the selected candidate will act as a liaison between customers and Super Seer Corporation personnel, ensuring effective communication, providing ongoing status updates, and prompt resolutions. Outside of assisting during conferences, tradeshows, demonstrations, and expositions, the candidate will be mainly focused on assisting current and future customers with order related questions, checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction, soliciting feedback from customers on Super Seer's products, and gathering customer data.The person hired for the position of Inside Sales Support will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with end users and distributors. At Super Seer you will have direct involvement with:Daily customer contact via phone, email and social media platforms.Establishing and maintaining customer contacts and relationships.Responding to inbound customer inquiries to provide solutions to end users.Demonstrating a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needsQualifications:Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience. Selling to Law Enforcement and/or Government Agencies in a private, public, government or military environment isn't mandatory, but is considered a plus.Passion for officer safetyStrong verbal phone skills and computer skills requiredProfessional presence and positive attitudeExceptional reliability, honesty, and integrityEffective verbal presentation skills and follow-up skillsMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School diploma requiredCollege Degree is preferred but not requiredValid Driver's LicenseAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Three (3) or more years working in Law EnforcementExperience in the procurement process with local, state and/or Federal AgenciesTechnical sales experience, preferably with Personal Safety ProductsInside sales or field sales experience highly desirableCRM experience / pipeline managementStrong active listening skillsExperience in selling through distribution channelsExperience in selling into end user companiesPC literate, including Microsoft Office productsStrong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasksGood interpersonal skillsCompensation and Benefits:We offer a competitive and attractive package of compensation and benefits including health insurance, paid vacation and holidays.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.Schedule: Monday to FridayJob Type: Full TimeWork Location: Evergreen, ColoradoJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:
