We are looking for a Head of Sales Enablement to join our fast growing, dynamic team. This person will be a gritty, sales enablement leader ready to help Nextbite grow into the stratosphere. They will work to help our sales team grow and perfect the sales process, lead teams and cross collaborate with other departments to achieve growth targets. This role is critical to the long term success of our complex and bigger deal flow. We will be building larger clients and helping our sales team to be as successful as possible. The impact you will have:

  • Own the day to day enablement functions associated with closing deals faster and more efficiently
  • Help to increase the size of these deals and take sustainable measures to positively impact churn
  • Assist in the creation of proposals through market analysis and GIS mapping
  • Oversee the necessary team members required at administering programs like GIS to positively affect deal flow
  • Client face with proposals and own the "market analysis" and deal enablement portion of the sale
  • Own the culinary/operations/sales connection points driving revenue
  • Enable sales representatives to quickly digest and prescribe menus for potential fulfillment partners What you bring to the role:
    • 5+ years of sales enablement experience
    • 3+ years of strong experience in Salesforce
    • 2+ years of team management experience
    • Restaurant experience is a plus
    • Ability to multi task and perform under time constraints
    • Experience developing and executing proposal documents
    • Great attitude and desire to push team goals
    • An eagerness to learn and collaborate with other team members What we offer:
