This role can be based anywhere in North America, but with a preference in a major metropolitan area. Position Summary The Sales and Business Operations Director is responsible for supporting all sales operations functions of a full service rapidly expanding global sales organization. Today, this is an individual contributor role. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves individual that has a very strong work ethic, is well organized, responsive, analytically skilled, a strategic thinker, detailed oriented and quality minded. With a constant focus on process improvement, sales execution and operational efficiencies, specific areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing and Implementing Sales Policies and Procedures
  • Sales Tools and Best Practices
  • Sales Analytics and Reporting
  • Systems Implementation & Roll out to Sales
  • Training and Onboarding of new employees
  • Territory Planning and Management
  • Compensation Plans and Administration
  • North America--South & Southwest Region P&L Management As a part of the Sales Management Team, you will be involved in all business issues, strategies, planning and reporting relating to the Sales organization including budgets, go to market strategy and implementation, sales compensation plan modeling and administration, and territory management. As the voice of the Sales Organization you will manage cross-departmental needs including acting as the liaison between Sales and Marketing, Service Delivery, IT, Account Management, Finance and Legal departments, and ensure alignment and integration, manage deliverables and facilitate effective communications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining sales enablement tools, sales policies and procedures, sales repository; conducts and facilitates sales training (initial and ongoing); and provides general sales operations support (SME/Helpdesk)
    • Drive successful deployment and adoption of our CRM tools (Salesforce.com and Clari) for the Sales organization, ensures data accuracy and completeness, and work with CRM administrators to enhance and optimize CRM utilization
    • Analyze sales data and key performance metrics, including pipelines, forecast, wins/losses, attainment, and generate reports and presentations for sales and other external organizations
    • Provide regular and ad hoc business reporting
    • Develop and manage sales territories and sales coverage model ensuring alignment with business plan and maximizes sales effectiveness
    • Develop, deploy, manage, and administer sales compensation plans, and key interface with finance
    • Supports General Manager,--North America South and Southwest Region with other operational tasks and projects as needed This is a high-level individual contributor role, residing in the geography, reporting jointly to the WW Vice President of Revenue Operations and to the General Manager of the--North America South & Southwest Region Qualifications/Skills/Experience Minimal Qualifications Education
      • Bachelor and/or Master's Degree, or equivalent in Business or related field
      • Professional certifications (Chartered Accountant, Certified Accountancy given some preference) Location
        • Major Metropolitan area in Western States (Mountain or Pacific Time Zone) Experience
          • Minimum 10+ years of sales operations experience in the software and services industry
          • Detailed understanding of sales processes, sales reporting, sales force automation, territory planning and management, and incentive compensation required
          • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
          • High degree of sensitivity to the cultural diversity of English speaking and non English speaking--regions
          • Track record of scaling business growing rapidly from $100M USD to $250M+ USD Skills
            • Start-up and rapidly expanding sales organization experience strongly preferred
            • Self-confident with ability to work with and influence senior management
            • Very strong work ethic and team player with a positive "do what it takes" attitude
            • Deep understanding and hands-on skills working with Salesforce.com (SFDC CRM Application) & Clari
            • Strong aptitude for utilizing Business Intelligence tools
            • Strong problem solving, organizational and collaboration skills Desired Qualifications

              • Strong proficiency in MS Office products with particularly strong Excel capabilities
