Job Description:
Leader, Sales Development Procare's sales team is growing, and
we're seeking a high-energy, results focused sales leader to manage
our rapidly expanding sales development team. This is a unique
opportunity to build a team from (almost) the ground up and to
define KPI's and process along with the identification and
implementation of tools or systems to help the team achieve its
goals. You'll report to our EVP of Sales and partner with our sales
leadership team to design, build, and execute the sales strategy
needed to achieve our business goals.OverviewThe Manager, Sales
Development leads and manages all sales operations and activities
of SDRs focused on qualifying leads for new business acquisition as
well as cross selling existing SMB accounts.The person in this role
will set targets and drive the quantity of rep activities, score
and coach the quality of activities, and ensure sufficient creation
of pipeline to meet the company plan.Key Responsibilities* Recruit,
hire, train, and manage SDR team* Set goals that align with the
attainment of the business's overall objectives, compare
performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed* Assess current
team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for
improvement, and implement them* Develop individual territories for
team members* Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts* Coach,
mentor, and provide feedback to team members* Foster a competitive
yet collaborative team environment* Assess individual performance
through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions
as needed* Review market penetration, compare with expected results
to identify areas of improvement* Research and analyze the
performance of the sales development team, and provide timely and
accurate of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the EVP of
Sales and senior management * Partner with the Marketing department
to ensure marketing initiatives support sales efforts and that
these strategies are all aligned to the business's overall
objectives* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal
customer and prospect experience* Collaborate with senior sales
management to create, design, and implement new sales strategies
and approaches* Remain current with industry market trends as well
as best practices and technologies to support optimal team
performance* May participate in tradeshows, sales workshops, sales
seminars, and events on behalf of the businessRequirementsPreferred
Education and Experience * Ten years' experience with SaaS in a
sales or sales operations function* Five years' experience managing
employees selling SaaS solutions to SMB customers* Experience
growing an outbound sales team* Experience rolling out sales
automation tools and apps connected to CRM* Bachelors' degree
preferred, or equivalent work experience Physical Requirements*
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with customers
and other employees* Must be able to sit or stand for a prolonged
period* Position requires the ability to operate a computer,
keyboard, mouse, headset/microphone, and other office productivity

our downtown Denver office.This position may eventually require up
