working the "front counter" RETAIL and the "back counter"

documented front and back counter parts process. Assist with the
further development of quality dealership wholesale accounts. Train
and pass all required Toyota Parts Certification levels. Assist in
setting and attaining Parts Department goals. Qualifications
Proficient in the use of the CDK Dealership Parts System. Modest,
yet confident Team Player who is committed, competitive and strives
